- Tickets can now be closed via OTP validation using the Saarthi app, ensuring secure resolutions.
- New categories have been added for service providers, including Fireman and DG Operator.
- Staff comments on Helpdesk (via Saarthi) can be restricted from being visible to residents.
Accounting module
- Security Deposits are now fully integrated with house advance, reporting, and new ledger visibility.
- Bulk payout reports are now available, along with consolidated reconciliation entries for easier bank tracking.
- Admins can now add approval comments on PR/PO requests.
Resident app
Filters have been added to daily help profiles with options like “Open to Work” for easier hiring and “Newly Added” to view profiles from the last 30 days.
