Virtual private cloud

Data is stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services) in a virtual private cloud.

Storage

Encryption is used throughout the application for data in motion (TLS). Mygate application and data servers do not use publicly accessible addresses or IPs. Access is further secured through a VPN tunnel with 2FA (two-factor authentication).

Gate privacy

The guard cannot access the data of residents or guests from the guard device.

Estate privacy (with number masking)

All access to the dashboard/download requires OTP verification. Access to resident information is further protected by settings-based masking.
